Packaging that is developed with the product—not after it.
Coordinate bottle, cap, brush, decoration, labels and secondary packaging with the formula and manufacturing program so the final product is ready for brand launch.
Bottle, cap and brush selection
Packaging starts with physical compatibility and user experience. Bottle volume and geometry, neck finish, cap fit and brush configuration should match the selected product and brand positioning. Available options depend on the product system and project quantity.
Decoration and artwork
Brand execution can include printing, labels and other decoration methods depending on the selected components. Artwork should be built to the approved packaging dimensions and production method. Physical proofs or samples may be appropriate before full production.
Secondary packaging
Cartons, sets and other secondary packaging can be coordinated as part of the project. The final structure should account for fit, protection, branding, required information and the intended distribution channel.
Why packaging belongs in the OEM brief
Waiting until formula approval to begin packaging can create avoidable delays. A stronger brief identifies packaging direction early, while still allowing formula and color work to progress. This makes it easier to align samples, artwork and production timing.
